Refund Processing Time: 5 to 7 working days

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the payment method selected in the refund form. If no method is selected, it will return to the original payment method.

4. Duplicate Payment Refund Policy

If a user makes a duplicate or accidental extra payment, a full refund will be issued after verification.

Duplicate payment refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days.
