Effective Date: 10 December 2024

Last Updated: 05 April 2025

This Cyber Crime and Dispute Policy outlines our approach to addressing fraudulent activity, misuse of our platform, and procedures for resolving payment or service-related disputes.

🔐 1. Cyber Crime Awareness

We take your data and financial safety seriously. Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Submitting fake or stolen Aadhaar numbers, bank account details, or UPI IDs
  • Using our platform to commit identity theft or impersonation
  • Attempting to hack, copy, or misuse our digital content or services
  • Using automation or bots to overload or exploit the website/app
  • Reselling, sharing, or distributing our PDF guide without permission
Note: Any such activity will be reported to the Cyber Crime Cell of India at https://cybercrime.gov.in with your IP address, device info, and form submission logs.

⚖️ 2. Legal Reporting & Cooperation

In the event of:

  • Suspicious or fraudulent behavior
  • Threats to our platform
  • Misuse of our UPI payment gateway or impersonation

We will:

  • Immediately block access to the user
  • Retain all logs, IPs, timestamps, and browser information
  • Report the matter to local cyber authorities and provide full evidence

We fully cooperate with Indian Cyber Crime authorities, law enforcement, and financial regulators.

💬 3. Dispute Resolution (Service or Payment Issues)

If you face issues related to our service or payment, we encourage you to contact us directly before taking external action.

  • Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours
  • Duplicate payments or delivery issues are typically resolved within 3 business days

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly, but we will not entertain:

  • Refund demands after the PDF has been delivered
  • Disputes based on misunderstanding our service (we don't issue certificates)
  • Chargebacks without contacting us first

🚫 4. Abuse of Dispute System

Filing false complaints or attempting to exploit the UPI payment system or our support policy will result in:

  • Permanent ban from our platform
  • Legal notice under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and IPC Sections 420 (cheating), 468 (forgery), and 66C/66D (cyber impersonation/fraud)

Disclaimer: This website is an independent service provider and is not associated with any government body. We do not issue official Udyam certificates. Our service is limited to providing a downloadable PDF guide that explains how to apply for Udyam registration with screenshots and step-by-step instructions.
